Founding 100 Program — Important Terms

The Founding 100 Program is limited to the first 100 eligible organisations completing a qualifying paid subscription and satisfying the program’s applicable eligibility requirements.

The founding price benefit protects the annual base subscription rate for the selected plan and defined entitlements in the accepted order form, for as long as the eligible subscription remains continuously active and in good standing.

The price protection does not automatically apply to taxes, additional usage, upgrades, premium modules, separately purchased services, custom development or other charges outside the agreed subscription scope.

A submitted application does not guarantee acceptance, reserve a founding place or establish a subscription. Founding status is confirmed only following a qualifying purchase and activation.

Additional conditions governing renewals, payment grace periods, downgrades, service modifications and subscription termination are set out in the Founding 100 Program Terms and applicable subscription agreement.

Confirmita is a product of Nexvias. The platform supports compliance-management activities but does not, by itself, guarantee statutory compliance or immunity from regulatory action.
